What is Blacklights?
Blacklights (AUKURBAN x Blacklights) is a premium streetwear brand based in India, founded in 2022. We design oversized graphic t-shirts, cord sets, and collaborate with Caldri as their official retail partner for kids' sneakers in India.
What material are your t-shirts made of?
All Blacklights t-shirts and cord sets are made from 240 GSM heavyweight cotton, designed for a premium, relaxed oversized streetwear fit.
What is the Science Collection?
The Science Collection is a line of graphic tees inspired by physics and math concepts, including the Butterfly Effect, Fractal Geometry, Angular Momentum, and Archimedes' Principle. Bundle pricing is available on prepaid orders: 1 tee, 2 tees, or 3 tees at discounted rates.
Do you ship across India? How long does delivery take?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days for other locations. Exact delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD available?
We offer Partial COD on eligible orders, where a portion of the payment is collected online and the balance is paid at delivery. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes. Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and two-way shipping charges are borne by the customer.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly received - not for wrong size selection or change of mind. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
